Currently Netflix is being slow in loading pages and video refuse to load after restarting Browser and computer.

My TV screen has read "retrieving movies from your instant queue" for two nights. Neither Netflix or time Warner cable can resolve the issue. My queue will not load.
Hi - the Netflix site loads really slow, and many times my instant cue won't load at all, much less a movie. I constantly keep my computer clean of cookies, etc. with C Cleaner, so it's not that. Hulu Plus and XFinity load just fine. I guess others are having this problem?
