The site keeps asking for Silverlight to to be downloaded

I already have Silver Light but the netfl;iz site keeps asking for ir it to view films. It has become a very big problem. The staff does not know how to help

able to download Silver light update, but still will not download netflix titles screen but half way. It works fine on the other Smart Tv we have. tired of this.
