I've done all the fixes that Netflix has told me to do: uninstall and reinstall Silverlight, check my internet connection and connect directly to modem, make sure date & time on computer are correct. Still won't load past 20%. I don't know what else to do. I guess it's time for me and Netflix to part ways.

i have had the same problem for the last 3 days as well. I was on tech support for a while the other night and they told me they would call with resolution. i still have not recieved a call.
