I've tried 5 times in the last 30 minutes to load netflix on my LG smart TV and it starts to open, I get the logo and it starts like normal on the refresh bar, then it disappears and I get a black screen.

was watching a show on netix and all at once it went blank and came up with a problem. that was at 7:00pm it is now 9:16 and still no netflix
