Netflix won't load on PS3. Keep getting error code ui-113, have used Netflix's recommended fix, still won't work.

Netflix update introduced new profiles for separate viewing habits of different viewers. Ever since it loaded, Netflix will rarely load properly on our ps3 and will not switch between profiles! This has been happening since tuesday or wednesday and for those of us with young children, you know how stressful it can be when you can't pacify them when pacification is required. help.
