PS3 loading issues - fails, and or doesn't load

on the PS3 loading netflix someitmes fails. when you get in, the whole library seems to be there but playing anything is not an option. it loads for a bit before stalling. if it gets to 25% it stops before failing. Running a system check in netflix results in 1 of the neflix servers failing, while all the others get green check marks.

The past week or 2 we have had the same issue with netflix on our ps3. Its our only tv source so its really annoying. Everytime I want to use it I have to restart the ps3 3 or 4 times before netflix finally works. And its not an internet .
