Tried the suggested fixes and still does not work - error: Cannot connect to Netflix, try again later

Cant connect through my samsung bd player. Internet connection is working just fine.
Same problem as above, but with a Samsung Blu-Ray player -- internet connection is fine, iphone on same network running Netflix fine, but Samsung Blu-Ray says it cannot connect to Netflix, even though it can connect to the home network. Netflix and Samsung help has not been helpful at all.
