fresh update of iOS 7 (7.0.2) and Netflix app still can't connect and show netflix offerings - fresh netflix app too!

I have 2 iPads. Loaded iOS 7.0 last week on both. Netflix runs fine on 1 but not the other! I've deleted and re-installed 3 times. I've called netflix and they are aware of the problem but didint have a solution last week. This is very frustrating!
Ipad Retina... NETFLIX APP just sits there spinning ... THEN I went to Safari ... deleted ALL web cookie data ... activated cookies / blocking third party ... back to NETFLIX APP ... IT LOADED !!! NETFLIX APP seems to be tied to Safari cookies
