Keeps getting stuck on " retrieving titles" . I fell asleep last night with it retrieving titles and it was still trying in the morning.

I signed up for free trial of netflix on my tv and TiVo yesterday That is working fine. However I cannot sign in on the iPad to the account or use the app. dont recognize log in address or password. Also I wont complain about this because I was signing up do trial and you charged my account. However I have used my sons previously and really like it. I just don't know what's going on.
I am using an iPad but will attempt to log in on windows laptop today. I was concerned because you had charged me for free trial as well but because I am such a fan I will let that go. I know I would sign up as soon as trial over. Please let me know what to do so I can use app and get into netflix on iPad
No response yet. I still am unable to get in to netflix on iPad or lap top. Although my sign up on TV and TiVo is working fine. i don't understand unless I'm using wrong email address.
