Site refuses to load on any media, including laptop and Roku.

Netflix won't load at all on my Xbox. It shows the red Netflix app page, but just sits there. At first it wouldn't sign in and gave me the error code R8102-101, so I went to the help page for Netflix online (it's not a connection issue on my end) and followed the instructions to try restarting, etc. I deleted the app and then downloaded it again. Now it just sits there and does nothing. WTF?
