Netflix Site Reads "Error"

When I type in the site www.netflix.com it won't even get to the home screen; it just says "Netflix Site Error. We are unable to process your request. Please go to the Netflix home page by clicking the button below." 

Unfortunately, the buttom below those words just leads right back to the same message! It's an endless circle of errors! 

Is this only me, or is it happening to other people too? Can I fix it??
