Netflix Site Error

I keep recieving this message:

"We were unable to process your request
Please go to the Netflix home page by clicking the button below"

Everytime I do, I get the same message. I have not changed my cookie settings or anything.

I keep getting the same error - usually it occurs twice in a row and then the home page comes up. It happens constantly and has been doing so for several weeks now as of 6/11/2012.
