Netflix Site Error

Trying to update payment info and I keep getting the dreaded, "Netflix Site Error We were unable to process your request. Please go to the Netflix home page by clicking the button below." When attempting to change payment info from inside Account, this pops up: "We're currently experiencing technical difficulties."

Just got done chatting with Paul at Netflix and he assured me it was a system maintenance for Billing that should be cleared up within an hour, hour and a half tops.

Paul is sadly mistaken because I have been trying to play it since 1030pm and it is now 440am and it still isn't working...
