I am unable to open any video in netflix. Tried in my smart tv, laptop and it simply doesnt work.
We have a smartTV and have been unable to open Netflix on it for at least 4 weeks now. When we go to check network all of the servers have an "X" and we do have an internet connection. This is absoutely crazy and it needs to be resoloved if I am going to continue paying for it. Please let me know how to fix this. Thanks.
