Netflix is clueless

Netflix Twitter feed, web page and phone support all have no idea whatsoever what's wrong, even after 4 hours downtime. Sounds like "Arrested Development" on a Friday night. "Experiencing technical problems" translates to "we're clueless and our right hand doesn't know what our left hand is doing."
