Netflix freezes on Roku

This has happened several times in the last couple of days. After playing a video, I click the Roku Back button to go to the main Netflix screen. I get a blank Netflix screen and it freezes. I have to reboot the Roku box to get it to work again. Extremely frustrating and inconvenient!

Same her I would love to learn if you found a work around for this or how to fix it

This is a new problem.. I have had great service with netflix.. But now it hangs or freezes on just about any show.. I hit pause and back up a frame.. and hit play.. and it works for a little while. Then it freezes again. Started 2 weeks ago. No changes on my internet connection. other streaming channels work fine.
