Installed iOS7 on my iPhone 5 and the Netflix app does not open. It just sits there and thinks. I've tried several times to delete & reinstall the app but it has not worked.

Had the same problem.Allowed coockies and then the problem was solved.
Maybe not a solution to your problem but it did it for me.
