Everything was fine up to about second week in oct 2013, can watch any movies, netflix still billing my cc tho! Not my provider. I'm using ps3

Netflix tech support gave me a work around that worked, when you select the title you're wanting to play try changing the audio setting to "stereo" instead of Dolby 5.1. Worked for me and they said that they had a lot of reports and are trying to permanantly resolve it.
