Issues with netflix

For three days my netflix hardly works and when I try to log on threw my computer it wont even go to the website.. Is netflix servers down? I don't understand what the issue is. This is unfair. I received no notice or anything telling me there would be a disruption in my serveous. I would like to have the issue resolved as this is my main television provider. My whole household likes netflix and we don't wont to have to find a new provider, however we do like to watch tv and paying for vertually nothing is growing old fast. We would like this problem adressed. Prehaps you should consider adding a server report to your website to let the people know when sites will be down and when we can all expect serves to return.. We know that you are working hard to put the best movies and shows on netflix for us all to enjoy so, there will be service work but, please inform us.. Thats not much to ask for! I mean how many days is this expected to go on????
