Instant Videos Not Playing

down for 12 hrs.

Netflix has been down now for over two days. I am unable to stream anything. I have called a couple of times and was on hold forever!!! They just said they are working on it.. Then I called and got someone named "Dawan".. He basically told me that they were working on their systems and when I asked if they were giving any kind of credit he exploded on me. He refused to transfer me to anyone else and said he had no supervisor and that he was the big cheese there and that he would Not be transferring me to anyone else. After that he HUNG UP ON ME!!! (lol) I called back and got some woman who must have been his girlfriend because she was so rude to me too.. I think he was standing right there and she kept repeating, "sorry sir, do you have a Netflix issue".. I was like, "Um, Ya, I was just hung up on and I want to talk to a Manager".. she just said, "Sorry sir do you have a Netflix issue".... again.... SMH! She just kept saying that.. I guess that's sentence is pretty much all her brain can handle. I called back in the morning to escalate my concerns and found out from a really nice lady that Netflix has ton's of different offices in various states.. And they have a company working for them in M.I that just handles their calls.. She said they are not the same company and that they have been getting TON'S of complaints about them and she was happy that I had all he names to give her. I need my streaming... I was right in the middle of a Supernatural marathon =( Netflix is cool when it's working, but when it's not, it SUCKS!!! Shame on you Netflix for not doing something about those people!!! And fix your site!!!
