The website says "Error 403 Forbidden: you don't hqve permission to access / on this server". I am a member since one year ago, I watch tv shows almost everyday. I do not understand why today this is happening!

Yeah, same issue here... Usually I watch Netflix just about every night, but these past few days I have been busy, so I just ran into this now, but some people are saying this has been going on for a couple of days now. They should inform their customers about problems they are having.
