THIS IS GETTING REALLY OLD, IT SEEMS ITS DOWN MORE OFTEN THAN NOT THESE DAYS. I THINK EVERYONE SHOULD DOCUMENT EXACTLY HOW MANY HOURS THEY COULDN'T USE THE SO CALLED SERVICE AND START BILLING THEM FOR THE WASTED TIME AND EFFORT.
