I'm having the same problem, it was working yesterday but now it just stays at the home page.
I am having the same issue on my iPad as well as my iPhone 5 with iOS 7. It has been happening for 2 days now.
Me to it was working fine yesterday but today it just stays at the home page and will not budge and after 2 days have u gotten it to work because this is driving me mental not being able to watch netflix. So if u can help me please reply!!
