it is trying but goes back or gets stuck loading...very frustrating as it was working fine the week before

I've called Xbox support and Netflix support. Tried every alternative/option they gave me, signing in out, deleting and re-dowloading apps and profile, clearing modem, restarting system, you name it!- still will not load (and I keep getting the error R3209 on my Xbox 360) Netflix IS working like a charm on my laptop. Have no idea what the issue could be (servers?) but it's definitely on THEIR end.
