I can't connect from my sharp tv too. Weird works on pc and other devices. Was Working on the tv a couple days ago.
Netflix is working from iPad but not on sharp tv. Very annoying. Not wifi problem.
Me too. Sharp TV. It connects to YouTube and other internet stuff. Not Netflix.
Just spoke to customer service. She said it is a Netflix issue with sharp at this time and they are working on it. Hopefully soon!
My Sharp tv wil not connect either. Any idea of timeframe for Netflix to fix?
It seems to be just Sharp TV's. I talked to Netflix, 30 minutes ago. They have had other complaints. My Roku gets Netflix just fine and so does my iPhone. My Sharp TV gets other internet services. So it's something weird with Netflix and Sharp TV's.
I have the sharp aquos, i couldnt get it to work for 2 days. Called netflix and they told me to use the "up-down" code to deactivate and then sign in again.. didnt work. I unplugged tv and didnt work. This morning I went into the menu on tv and selected netflix help... from there i chose "deactivate" and then tried to connect again... this worked.. I signed back into my account and now am able to watch netflix.. hooray!
Sharp TV: Netflix working again yesterday Feb 9, 2013. I didn't do anything to make that happen.
However, it still came up the first time with a 'can't connect' error; I had to exit and try again. Then it worked just fine. So there is still something flaky going on between Sharp and NetFlix.
