Have had our Roku device for well over one year and suddenly it is freezing on Netflix. Tried to disconnect the Netflix account and reactivate it and now the Roku device seems to be stuck in the activation mode. Keeps asking for a new activation code from Netflix which I have entered multiple times yet it will not hook up again. When I enter the code on Netflix, it says activation complete. Any ideas what the problem may be?

I was able to access netflix when i first got roku player now it wont allow me to access it at all. Its telling me cant connect please try again later
