cannot add a streaming plan to my account

I have been trying for 3 days to add a streaming plan to my account. I spoke with customer service & the very laid back girl on the other end of the phone giggled, then told me to "try again tomorrow"... That was 2 days ago. I dunno wtf is up with thier server or site or what, but I wish I could spend some more of my money with them, their damn site won't let me, though!
