problems with my queue, I have a bad blu ray disc that I wanted to report and have been unable to do so. The disc does not show up in my queue. When I try anything from the your account and help page I can see the page but when I select anything I only get a blank screen. If I go to the blu ray disc listing and try report a problem the same thing happens. I can stream videos (at least thru the intro)
