The website (myloancare.com) will allow you to log in and view your information (dashboard) and add your bank account info (this is a new requirement since they "updated" their website) but when you try to make a payment the page freezes and then you get a message that says and I quote "Hmm, something went wrong. Please try again later. I tried to make my mortgage payment 4 different times and got nothing. I'll be keeping an eye on my bank account to see if anything went through.
Well, I scheduled a payment, it said something went wrong. However, later on I received an email about the scheduled payment, but it is not showing on my account. Don't know what is going on there.
