Prescription Refills and Health Summary

Not loading my current or past prescriptions for the past two days so I can't check the status of prescriptions or submit refill requests. Also cannot load my Health Summary.

I also cannot access any of my prescriptions, nor can I send a secure message.  All my prescriptions on the history list say "discontinued".  Getting help on the phone hasn't worked, on hold for long periods, then the operator hung up while I was explaining the issue.
