FIX FOR CURRENT OUTAGE

Kongregate's local servers are up and running, but their CDN servers are down. You can bypass their CDN servers by editing your host file. See http://labnol.blogspot.com/2004/10/tweak-your-windows-hosts-file.html on how to edit your host file. Add this to your host file:

#kong cdn bypass
75.98.92.205 cdn1.kongregate.com
75.98.92.205 cdn2.kongregate.com
75.98.92.205 cdn3.kongregate.com
75.98.92.205 cdn4.kongregate.com

That sends all requests for their CDNs to their local IP. This fixes most of the games, but some still may be down. Hope this helps!

You can also try switching your DNS servers in network settings to the IPs - 8.8.8.8 and 8.8.4.4 More info on Google Public DNS here: https://developers.google.com/speed/public-dns/
