The site is being conquered by a huge amount of errors at the moment. 404 Not Found, 403 Forbidden, and a Kong-designed message about heavy load are all appearing seemingly randomly.
The bottom line is: site still not available by any means.

The whole site is blocked behind 403 errors. Even my account pages, which really shouldn't be forbidden to me, seeing as I'm logged in. Probably someone screwed up the coding and ended up locking every page for local access only or something like that. Whatever the case, it shouldn't be happening.
