Since October I have problem to login to kohl’s charge account, I am keeping registering over and over, in the last 4 months it lets me login only twice. I have contacted customer service by phone a several time for this issue but they just tell me to re-register all the time but the problem still the same, they don’t know how to fix it, if I logging from my cellphone it says unable to log in, contact customer service and I have three computer at home and it doesn’t matter which one I try; it keeps saying system unavailable. I don’t know what to do about it anymore, I always have to be calling to make a payment which I don’t have time for that and that put me in the position to be late sometimes. It looks like is not only me, there is some complaints online about the same issue,
