I have been trying to order stuff on app but it won’t PLACE ORDER . When I get to the point of placing order it just freezes up and I can’t do anything. It won’t even go back a page. Does anyone know what the problem is?

ive been trying all day to place an order to pick up in store (Flint Mi) and I go through the whole checkout fine until I hit the “place order” then it freezes and I can’t do anything. Is there an issue with the app or my phone? I’ve never had this problem ordering before. Thank you.
