Can't sign in for two days

I am not able to sign in to my account but am able to shop and put items in cart.  When I go to check out, I, of course, am asked to sign in, but the site won't let me. It just keeps loading to no avail, so, therefore I can't place order.  Oh, and one more thing...when I reboot to try again, my cart is empty and the same not being able to sign in happens again!  This happened on 2-14-16 and again today, 2-15-16.   This sadly is not the first this has happened, I frequently have trouble with kohls online.  I shop kohls frequently..... Need this permanently fixed, please!

I haven't been able to get to My Kohl;s Charge to pay my bill since February 12, 2016. I've tried daily since then, still not working as of March 4, 2016. It tells me I can't access the site with my "out of date" browser (I'm using the most current verion of Chrome, same one I've always used to pay my bill for 2 years), and that I should install a "more modern broweser" like Chrome or Firefox. I've tried both, repeatedly to no avail. I've cleared my cache, cookies are enabled, I've restarted my computer (which is an 8 month old Sony VAIO with a 2 Terrabyte hard drive, it's top of the line ok, running the most current Windows 10 OS). Their tech support is a joke - they tell you to restart, shurt down, clear cache, enable cookies, and install Firefox. AFTER you tell them you've done all of these things. Their Customer Service people are not only clueless like tech support, but nasty and rude, as well. I've NEVER ONCE been able to access my statements online, and I don't recieve paper statements, which makes it tough. Ordering is a nightmare, too - if you can get anything into your cart, it's not there when ou finally go to check out, then you get the error mesage that "something went wrong" and "try again later." The stuff I buy is only available online (they odn't carry my size jeans in the stores) so it's getting to be a real pain. Their delivery people are worse. I never received my order for Christmas, and when I called in a panic 6 days before Christmas they told me they'd "lost" my shipment. "And you weren't going to tell me?" I asked. No response. I asked them to send me another (duplicate) order fast, and they said I'd have to cancel my order and do a new order! But they would NOT refund the new one, it had to wait till the next billing cycle to be processed, and since I didn't have enough credit on my account to do the same order TWICE they wouldn't let me! And I rhad to pay interest on the charge for the order they LOST until the day it was credited back. They must hire single-celled organisms for their tech support, customer service, and order fulfillment personnel - at least, single celled brains. This is by far the abolute worst website I have ever used. And if you Google it, you'll see these ame issues going back to 2012. They know about it and have done nothing to fix it.
