Cannot login to my account

Itried last night 11/06/15 and again this morning to view my Koh's credit card statement and am unable to get past the sign in screen

I try to login with my username and password and it will never load the page past the login screen. This is what i get in my address bar. If I refresh or highlight the address in the address bar and hit enter it takes me back to the login screen. There is nothing on the screen it is white.  This has happened for the last three months and I have paid by phone because I was unable to access the site.  Frustrating!!

Why do I have to change password almost every time I want to make a payment?  When it finally accept a new password (after maney tries) , it is one I have used before! I do not understand the constant change of password. Please leave it alone!!!!

I dont remember my security question,what do I do

I can't get access to credit.kohls.com to pay my bill.
