Cannot checkout on Kohl's webiste

Cannot complete checkout after clicking on "checkout" box.  All that comes up is a Gray box at top of screen, with Kohl's on it, and 3 options to click on- but the screen will not do anything if you click on the boxes.  I have only had my Kohl's card for a couple of months-but am ready to cancel.

Online stock is not reliable; the stores are in need of open cach registers with people to run them; the stores are in need of employees period-noone is around to answer any questions! the Lincolnwood, IL store had one cash register open for two floors; the cashier was very sick and coughing; she  kept calling for register help, but noone came.

Very poor customer serbice!  I guess that happens when you try to do business in Illinois; high taxes, liberal agendas running up busness costs, like higher wage demands, demands for higher minimum wage, Illinois business climate and Obamacare cost to businesses.
