Site not up can't log on to my account

trying to log on for 3 days now.

May 1st, 2nd, 3rd.....this happened a couple of weeks ago too. Page will not load. Only allowed 8 calls per month to telephone banking before services charges kick in.

I haven't been able to get on the online banking for days. Is there something wrong with it? Please let me know a.s.a.p. Thank you.
