I can't get to my money card blocked for the 2 ND time in two weeks can't log in and my call is being dropped after 5 sec!

I just recently received this card and i can't use it at all i have been trying to get in contact with someone and haven't had any luck i have funds on the card but it keeps showing invalid card and i just activated it monday
