Order Review Button Not Working

The order review button will not work on a PC. Orders can only be placed on a cell phone using the JCPenney app. I have tried both Chrome and Edge. Neither will allow me to review and place an order online. This problem has been occuring for several months.

Review Order button not working, I am going to try downloading the app to my phone, but very inconvenient for shoppers.
