Getting something went wrong when entering zip code portion during checkout

I was never asked if I want delivery or outside pick up. Just directed to Step 1 -

"Available service options

Add your zip code to see available delivery and pickup options.Enter Zip code." After entering correct zip numerous(!!!) times, a pop up window states:

 

Something went wrong! Please review your zip code and try again.
 
The web programmer's "clever" disappearing error window makes it difficult to copy the error message for forwarding for resolution in sites like this.

Bottom line is the checkout page does not allow you to get past entering a zip code for delivery cost calculations, that you may not even want.

Can't buy my product because I too get something went wrong with the zip code. IKEA service is useless. They won't take orders over the phone.

I logged in/made an account and it didn't change anything.

Rather than change the Web site code to read "Delivery Not Available to your location", IKEA chose to let this "bug" persist in their code. This is likely not going to change before IKEA allow delivery to your ZIPCODE.  The underlying problems is that the store was unprepared for the volumen of shipping due to COVID. Perhaps after the holidays they will be somewhat back to normal.
