Within the 3 step ordering process, I can't get past step 1. Popups and cookies are allowed so not sure what else to try. Same in both Chrome and Edge. Please help.
I am having the same issue: unless I choose to have the items delivered, I can't get past Step 1- available Service options. I've tried incognito, different browsers...
I'm having the same problem online, and the customer service number is simply... not answering calls, I guess? Getting a vague "try back later" message all day is in both places. Information is always good, and there isn't any. no way to contact anyone, including no email. At the very least, If they are not selling stuff online right now until further notice i sure would appreciate it if they would simply say so. And definitely not advertise a "big sale". Lights are on, nobody's home.
