Can't proceed to payment, stuck at online checkout.

Cant chekout... the process is NOT allowing to go to the payment step.
Im pretty sure the issue is in the marketing questionnaire that they integrated in their checkout process... i hope this is going to be a HUGE lesson to IKEA to keep checkout about SHIPPING/BILLING/PAYMENT... and not about collecting bulls!*t info from customers... you want to ask customers stupid questions, do it after order placement via email...
I can't proceed to the payment section. It keeps saying "Oops! An error has occured. Please try again" without showing any error on my part. I have been trying to checkout for two days now.
Got through to a human being at IKEA who said they are "aware of the problem" try again in 24 hrs.
