Same device, same mobile and email, bank fails when asking to send verification code.

Error checking balance. Cant log in online. Wont send verification codes but will tell you that you tried to via Text, Call, or Email. Tried declining my card getting gas. Computer nor cellphone are getting through.

Can't login via app. Needs verification code, yet cannot send due to a supposed lack of internet connection. Unable to check any banking account info.
