Tells me I am locked out and to reset my password. After I go through all the steps and submit my new password, I am thrown an error message.

Same with mine. Made a mobile check deposit and customer service says theys cannot tell me anything??? What f!*#ing joke this bank is. They take your money and they lock your account. Stay away from this bank
