They are blocking all Non-US IP addresses. :-/ I cannot get there from my home in Spain, but when I use a US proxy server, it all works fine. Why not just put up a sign that says, "customers, go away!"

Please be assured that we will accept the charges for the collect call. If you have any questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to contact us. For additional information on the products and services HSBC Bank offers, please visit us at Our Premier Customer Relationship Center is always available, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week to meet all of your banking needs. Thanks Joshua. Seriously... this is a "leading global bank"?? What a crock. They're down like this regularly. Unfortunately, I have to make int'l transfers frequently for my line of work and their utility for doing this via IB is actually pretty good... but it ain't worth s*** if they won't let you access it! This latest episode has prompted me to finally sign up with XeTrade... hope they work out so I can jettison this banking behemoth!
