app freezes, can't search for rooms or check in with app. I have tried it on multiple devices with the same results. Updates iOS, deleted and reinstalled app, updated app.
after multiple calls to HHonors support I have gotten no help. After 20+ years and 1000s of nights I have started staying with "the other guys"
