My bank said excard told them they unlocked my card online. But they didn't. I have to regiser again over and over again.

Does anybody know of am email for ezcardinfo.com? The support service (866-604-0380) said to call my Credit Union, My Credit Union says they cannot unlock the account to call this number!!!!!
