Every time I go to log into my account it’s down! Same with the phone system! The need to get thei s*** together!

EZ Pass put my bank account in the negative and I can't even log in to fix it, nor can I call because they're not open on Sundays!! I'm extremely frustrated!!!
This site is always down, the technical folks running the site are incompetent.
