error your credit card could not be validated

this is really crazy, i called E-Z Pass before i sign up and the person i spoke with rused me of the phone of tried to rush me off the phone even tho i was asking questions i really need answers to before hand.

after that phone i proceeded to try and sign up only the be hit with "your credit card could not be validated" 

i changed cards re tired multiple times and nothing only to find out EVEN THO I DIDN'T COMPLETE THE PROCESS THEY STILL CHARGED MY CREDIT CARD AND MY DEBIT CARD SMH THIS IS CRAZY call then back t ask what's going on and they basically told me to call my BANK SMH E-ZPASS IS A REALL MESS!!!!
